He was born in Trino (VC) in January 1956.

He began photographing at the age of fourteen when he bought, with a group of friends ,
a small enlarger with the related kit of trays and liquids for the development and fixing of negatives and prints.

At the beginning of the eighties he contributed to the creation of the photographic club "The Workshop", regularly registered with FIAF (Italian Federation of Photographic Associations).

He therefore had the opportunity to participate in various national and international photographic competitions, winning some and obtaining various recommendations and admissions in others, all always in the color slide sections.

At the end of the nineties he decided to stop with the slides and competitions and to switch to black and white, taking photographs in analogue, photographing mainly people from all over the world.

Since 2013 he has been registered with the "Circolo Culturale Piero Ravasenga" in Casale Monferrato, thanks to which he regularly takes part in various regional exhibitions and shows.

In August 2015 he participated, with about fifty prints, in a photographic exhibition organized by the Municipality of Trino at the local Civic Theater.

In September 2018, at the invitation of the Jewish Community of Casale Monferrato, he presented a work consisting of thirty prints entitled "Beyond Jerusalem .... from Trino to the Holy City".
